Additionally, they assumed I won't be home for the renovations, and did not place an emergency toilet anywhere nearby. So i had go to KFC every time I needed to take a huge Morty. Did I already mention that they also charge you for the stuff you didn't do or own?
a	a nudler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a UCR student, then you don't really have a choice but to rent with these guys but for anyone else looking for a place, I would say stay away. They make moving out a nightmare by only checking the room after you have left and finding any excuse to remove your deposit. Their services are a joke. Save yourself some hastle and rent elsewhere. Oh and villex, no thanks, I don't want to email you.

The local workers are incompetent and unable to understand basic English, and the higher level of administration are just a group of bandits who charges fees strictly and explicitly forbidden by Dutch law.

The ease and speed with which Villex finds you a place and process the documents are admirable. Their prices are fair, and communication is constant, precise, and friendly.
L	Liam McClain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kind company trying their best to cater to the needs of students. I've had a really good experience with Villex over the years. During my time studying in Middelburg, there were several occasions where I needed to move buildings under special circumstances. They were understanding, flexible and helpful in arranging things for me and I'm incredibly grateful. I have also worked alongside them on video projects, and I have seen that they truly do wish for students to have a positive and comfortable experience living in Middelburg. The sad truth is that I believe that there is a silent majority who have had good or at least neutral experiences with Villex, but due to a student culture that enjoys "hating/complaining" about the housing company Villex has received reviews that do not represent the average experience.
