Er worden oneindig veel smoezen bedacht en mails, en berichten worden niet of slecht beantwoord. Telefoon wordt niet aangenomen, zelfs niet als je een tijd afspreekt. Beter even naar een professioneler bedrijf zoeken die zich aan de afspraken houdt.
