★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know if this a mess or a scam, but this company should not be trusted with advanced payment. Ordered a coffee table for 7500 e , paid by bank wire transfer on sept 25 (4 weeks ago) to their Natwest London account. 2 weeks after they still pretend not having received the funds, when their ank confirms to mine they have (after a small handling fee from their part) . Faced with this, they pretend on oct 8th money « was reversed back » by the bank « for reasons that were not stated ». We have received nothing. The back office from their bank confirmed AGAIN to our bank the money was still sitting on their bank account. They still deny, blame the banks, but 4 weeks after payment we still have no coffee table, no reimbursement and not even ackowledgement of payment . Who would not become suspicious ?
