โ โ โ โ โ Ik heb via mijn sushi restaurant gehoord dat jullie de leverancier zijn. Ik bestelde er tonijn sashimi. Mijn favoriet. Zat geen smaak aan en hij was knal rood. Ik reis veel in Aziรซ dus weet waar ik over praat. Ik vertrouwde het niet dus begon een test. Ik liet de tonijn uit de koelkast. Inmiddels 72 uur bij mij thuis uit de koelkast....op de foto's heb ik op de achtergrond een iPad staan waar je de datum en tijd kan lezen. Tonijn kleurt normaal heel snel grijs. Na 72 uur ligt hij hier nog rood buiten de koelkast.

Na 96 uur nog het zelfde zie foto

Ik had geen zin meer om laatste update te doen na 120 uur de tonijn buiten de koelkast te hebben gehad. Inmiddels een paar dagen verder. Ik heb de foto's toegevoegd. Nog steeds ongewijzigd.
Ik ben geen scheikundige vis die na 5 dagen buiten de koelkast niet verkleurt......
I heard through my sushi restaurant that you are the supplier. I ordered tuna sashimi. My favourite. It had no taste and it was bright red. I travel a lot in Asia so know what I'm talking about. I didn't trust it so started a test. I left the tuna out of the fridge. Now 72 hours at my home from the fridge .... in the photos I have an iPad in the background where you can read the date and time. Tuna normally turns gray very quickly. After 72 hours it is still red outside the fridge.

I didn't feel like doing the last update after having the tuna out of the fridge for 120 hours. A few days later. I have added the photos. Still unchanged.
I am not a chemical fish that does not discolour after 5 days outside the refrigerator ...
