★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm genieten in dit schitterende en gevarieerde landschap. Vooral de wandeling door het Vijlenerbos en aansluitend langs de Geul was indrukwekkend! Één ding vonden we erg jammer, het vele lawaai van het landende en stijgende vliegverkeer in de omgeving.
Enjoy immensely in this beautiful and varied landscape. The walk through the Vijlenerbos and then along the Geul was especially impressive! One thing we found very unfortunate, the much noise from the landing and soaring air traffic in the area.

The booklet "Bezin in South Limburg" is a must. Fun and beautiful themed walks. Take a walk in a different place with a new reflection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week de Mergelland route gereden met onderweg leuke restaurantjes en vriendelijke mensen. Was de moeite waard. Overnacht in Valkenburg wat bijzonder gezellig was.
Last week we drove the Mergelland route with nice restaurants and friendly people along the way. Was worth it. Spend the night in Valkenburg which was very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig deel van Nederland. Mooie wandelingen langs Geuldal, weide en landbouw velden. Zeker in tarweoogst. Leuke kleine plaatsjes voor heerlijk terras pakken. En dat allemaal gewoon in Nederland. Ook voor fietsers omgeving voor langere afstanden door drie landen.
Beautiful part of the Netherlands. Beautiful walks along Geuldal, meadow and agricultural fields. Especially wheat harvest. Nice little places for a nice terrace. And all just in the Netherlands. Also for cyclists environment for longer distances through three countries.
