★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee weken levertijd is niet haalbaar. Bellen slecht terug. Vier grote spiegels besteld alle vier niet de maten die zijn besteld. Een douchedeur die 1 cm te kort is en dan vinden ze niet dat ze coulance halve wat hoeven te doen omdat ze niets konden regelen ivm twee weken winterstop! Maar ja verbouwing gaat gewoon door.
Two weeks delivery time is not feasible. Call back badly. Four large mirrors ordered all four not the sizes that were ordered. A shower door that is 1 cm too short and then they don't think they have to do anything lenient because they couldn't arrange anything because of a two-week winter break! But yes, renovation will continue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor kerst op de zaak geweest voor informatie, deze konden ze me niet echt geven en ze hadden ook geen tijd voor ons. Met de vraag of we de afmetingen door wilde mailen dan zouden ze een offerte opsturen werden we afgewimpeld. Dit was begin december, het is nu maart en ik heb nog steeds geen bericht terug gekregen. Maar van mij hoeft dat ook niet meer.
Popped up for information before Christmas, they couldn't really give it to me and they didn't have time for us either. We were turned away with the question whether we wanted to email the dimensions, then they would send an offer. This was early December, it is March now and I still have not received a reply. But I don't have to anymore.
