★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aan de hand van mond-op-mond reclame een doorverwijzing gekregen naar deze firma. Na telefonisch contact een afspraak gemaakt om op 20 Oktober 2021 een trap bij ons thuis in te komen meten. Vervolgens komt er niemand opdagen en word je vooraf, maar ook niet achteraf, benaderd om dit misverstand toe te lichten. Vervolgens de feestdagen laten passeren en in Januari 2022 nogmaals gebeld om een nieuwe afspraak te maken. Afspraak was dat ik teruggebeld zou worden. Na 1 week wachten zonder terugbel actie toch maar weer zelf gebeld en een ultimatum gesteld. Maar helaas tot op de dag van vandaag helemaal niks meer vernomen. Kortom: WAARDELOOS!! Klantcontact is net zo belangrijk als goed werk afleveren. Deze firma trekt zich daar kennelijk weinig van aan. Ik maak ook wel mond-op-mond reclame voor jullie. Die zal van hetzelfde niveau zijn als dat bij jullie afspraken worden nagekomen. ?
Using word-of-mouth advertising got a referral to this company. After a call to make an appointment on 20 October 2021 a kick out measurement at our home in too. Then there will be one show and you will advance, but not afterwards, approached this misunderstanding to be explained. Then pass the holidays and once again called in January 2022 to make a new appointment. Agreement was that I would be called back. After one week without waiting callback action anyway calls itself again and issued an ultimatum. But unfortunately until today nothing has been heard. In short: WORTHLESS !! Customer contact is as important as delivering a good job. This firm attracts apparently little of it to. I also do mouth-to-mouth advertising for you. Which will at the same level as in ensuring compliance with your agreements. ?
