Er is altijd op vriendelijke manier gecommuniceerd, en het hele proces rondom sollicitaties is zorgvuldig begeleid. Binnen 1 maand na het eerste contact hebben ze een gepaste opdracht voor me gevonden en alles daaromheen geregeld.
Zeker een bureau waar ik in de toekomst mee wil blijven samenwerken, en een aanrader voor iemand die op zoek is naar freelance opdrachten in de data sector.
 Visser & van Baars professionally guided me from a full-time job in consultancy to finding an interim position in the data sector.
Communication has always been friendly, and the entire application process has been carefully supervised. Within 1 month after the first contact they found a suitable assignment for me and arranged everything around it.
Definitely an agency I want to continue to work with in the future, and highly recommended for someone looking for freelance assignments in the data sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Inge and started a new role at the company she pitched me. Process wise she's pretty awesome and personal. However upon negotiations of the salary, I felt Inge tried to low ball me and make me ask for less money.
When starting the new role, I realised the company CEO is extremely toxic (yells, calls every one names).
She brought other people in this company, but she never ever checked if they are ok. They are not.
Inge's business model is fee per hire, not fee per happy employee that stayed after probation or 6 months.
It gets worse. I didn't get any billable hours from the company. My emails requesting work/billable hours, so that I pay my bills were ignored. I wasn't the only one in that situation, some other people can't make a decent paycheck anymore, and the CEO ignores them and their emails until they leave.
