Jan is een onverantwoordelijke verhuurder die niet klaar staat voor zijn huurders, hij wil zijn huurders maar al te graag zonder pardon op straat zetten voor eigen gewin, terwijl hij heel goed weet dat dat niet zomaar mag... Daarnaast reageert hij ook niet of nauwelijks op belletjes... Jan en zijn kompaan zijn oplichters en Jan ziet het object puur als investering en kijkt totaal niet naar de huurders om... Jan laat nu arbeidsmigranten in onze studentenwoning wonen (meerdere in 1 kamer) om ons uit het huis te krijgen... DOE GEEN ZAKEN MET DEZE MAN!

Jan is an irresponsible landlord who is not ready for his tenants, he is only too happy to put his tenants on the street without mercy for his own gain, while he knows very well that that is not allowed just like that... In addition, he also does not or hardly respond to calls... Jan and his companion are scammers and Jan sees the object purely as an investment and does not look at the tenants at all... Jan now allows migrant workers to live in our student residence (several in 1 room) to get us out of the house... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!
