L	Linda Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Vista Print for many different projects. Most recently for my Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations. Everything arrived and looked great except for my wedding invitations. When I was designing them I decided to switch from glossy card stock to matte but couldn't figure out how to make that change. I got on the Chat feature and was instructed that the glossy finish was the perfect on for my project as it had a black background. When they arrived they looked blackish purple and 20 of they had someone else's print job printed over it. I called in to customer support and explained that I needed a replacement of the 20 invitation that were messed up and also discussed that I was disappointed that the black finish did not look black and that I picked that finish based on their employees recommendation. When I asked if they could reprint them on the finish I originally wanted they said they couldn't do that, they would replace my original order or I could change the colors. Sorry but my wedding colors and gold and black. I've always been happy with my print jobs, just not this time and it's really important because it's my wedding invitation. What happened to their slogan: Absolutely guaranteed Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right. I don't think they exactly made it right!

I was told the order could not be completed, but that if I wanted to wait for another unspecified amount of time, they would fill it. I ordered at the end of May, by mid-July it had not arrived. I would caution any buyer to think twice before they order any products online from this company. Thankfully I was issued a full refund, but now I am faced with finding these products elsewhere all over again. A huge waste of time. The company should notify customers of delays.

I explained the problem and they quickly reprinted my business cards and delivered them to me. Thank you very much, a company very sensitive to customer satisfaction. Best regards.
p	philip powers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a printed cotton face mask from vistaprint. The mask was good quality with a pocket to hold replacement filters and i purchased 2 packs of 10 replacement filters. Every face mask sold by vistaprint a donation goes to charity.

A	Alaleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first order turned out wrong so they offered to replace. The lapse in time for reordering was a huge inconvenience but I decided to give them another try. The second order was challenging due to their sizing limitations. So again, time consuming and inconvenient. But my third and last order never arrived. I called and they said to expect it in a week. Again, never arrived. It was a political print job and clearly not the way they lean. I will give my business to a friendly local printer from now on and save myself plenty of time (and money as they have become very price competitive). I would not recommend Vistaprint to anyone. (Unless you have plenty of time to wait around for nothing).

They have Multibanco option to pay. 3. Fast delivery (in 1 week). 4. The quality is just OK. We ordered the standard feature. 5. Fast response in question about tax exemption. 6. The cardboard had a good quality and well-wrapped. 7. FREE Shipping offers with the minimum order.
