★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zoek naar een nieuwe baan kreeg ik maar niet helder wat ik nou precies wilde. Sandy heeft mij daarbij geholpen door mij de inzichten en de bevestiging te geven die ik nodig had. De wandelsessies heb ik als heel prettig ervaren. Heerlijk in een informele sfeer buiten zijn, wandelen in de vennen en je verhaal doen. Dat geeft energie en ruimte voor inzichten. Sandy luistert aandachtig en stelt vragen op de juiste momenten. De antwoorden zitten van binnen, Sandy leid je er naartoe. De vragenlijst voor het Drijfverenprofiel is goed te doen (30min), duidelijke uitleg van de "uitslag". Heel veel informatie ineens, maar herkenbaar en verhelderend. Mooie map mee voor thuis, zodat alles nog eens rustig nagelezen kan worden. Het "totaalpakket" zou ik aanraden bij iedereen verwikkeld in een zoektocht m.b.t werk, school, relatie of zelfontplooiing.
 Looking for a new job, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Sandy helped me with this by giving me the insights and the confirmation I needed. I experienced the walking sessions as very pleasant. Relaxing in an informal atmosphere, walking in the fens and telling your story. This provides energy and room for insight. Sandy listens carefully and asks questions at the right times. The answers are on the inside, Sandy leads you there. The questionnaire for the Motivation Profile is easy to do (30min), clear explanation of the "result". Lots of information at once, but recognizable and enlightening. Nice folder for home, so that everything can be read again. I would recommend the "total package" to anyone involved in a search for work, school, relationship or self-development.
