β β β β β Klacht over gebrekkige informatievoorziening tijdens drinkwaterstoring werd niet serieus genomen. Helaas monopolist, anders was ik al lang overgestapt naar een klantvriendelijkere leverancier!
Complaint about inadequate information provision during a drinking water outage was not taken seriously. Unfortunately a monopolist, otherwise I would have switched to a more customer-friendly supplier for a long time!

β β β β β Via mail communiceren kan niet en op een bericht via de website wordt niet gereageerd en de optie om te reageren via chat lukt niet omdat er geen medewerker beschikbaar is (Γ³p een werkdag rond 10.00 uur) dus qua communicatie valt er nog veel te verbeteren ondanks de mooie website, maar waar je helaas niet detailinformatie kunt vinden over jouw donaties voor water for life.
Communication via email is not possible and a message via the website is not responded to and the option to respond via chat does not work because no employee is available (on a working day around 10:00) so there is still a lot to improve in terms of communication despite the beautiful website, but where unfortunately you cannot find detailed information about your donations for water for life.

β β β β β One of the worst water companies ever. Their communication channels are not properly working, as in there is no WhatsApp or emails take long. I cancelled my contract about 2 months ago from their cancellation form. Today I see that hasnβt gone through and they deducted money from my account. I asked them to cancel once more and had to contact new renters to ask for the current meter readings because they cannot cancel otherwise. Then they said I still needed to pay for the amount that new tenants have been using. When I said I disagree and will be leaving a bad review suddenly, the customer service did me a βfavorβ and cancelled it from the proper date. What a shame.
