E	Erik Luken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben full time fotograaf en heb daarom een verzekering voor mijn.... camera. Dat leek mij verstandig. Een veilig gevoel. Wat een pech: de camera viel van het statief en 1000 euro schade (is weinig, kon erger). 3x raden: VKG gaat niet uitkeren omdat deze camera niet op het lijstje stond die ik ooit heb doorgegeven. Dat lijstje was om te berekenen wat ik ongeveer totaal aan apparatuur gebruik. VKG gebruikt dit lijstje om niet te betalen. Jammer genoeg geen coulance. I am a full time photographer and therefore have insurance for my.... camera. That seemed sensible to me. A safe feeling. What bad luck: the camera fell off the tripod and 1000 euros in damage (is little, could be worse). 3 guesses: VKG will not pay out because this camera was not on the list I once passed on. That list was to calculate the approximate total amount of equipment I use. VKG uses this list to avoid paying. Unfortunately no leniency.

Zou het zo wel lukken? Been trying to request a policy for weeks! Can't even respond to emails and calls are not possible. Really worthless! Perhaps you could get in touch? Would it work?
d	daniel Meems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proberen mij al maanden wijs te maken dat ik bij hun een autoverzekering heb afgesloten en of ik 650 euro wil betalen. Meerdere rekeningen en aanmaningen. Bellen helpt niks, ze willen je gewoon niet begrijpen. Had nog nooit van VKG gehoord maar dit wens je je ergste vijand nog niet toe! Wat een tuig! Enne nog ff voor de duidelijkheid: IK BETAAL NIKS, GEEN ROOIE CENT! Have been trying to convince me for months that I have taken out car insurance with them and whether I want to pay 650 euros. Multiple bills and reminders. Calling doesn't help, they just don't want to understand you. Never heard of VKG but don't wish this on your worst enemy! What a rig! Just for the sake of clarity: I PAY NOTHING, NOT A RED CENT!
w	wouter van kempen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ toen ik een auto kocht, heb ik gelijk een verzekering erbij genomen. dit werd uiteindelijk VKG. later ging ik toch overstappen naar een andere verzekeraar. maar om van VKG af te komen gaat er wel wat nodige mailtjes overheen. geld kunnen ze wel innen, maar hun administratie bijhouden blijkt een hele opgave. wat een amateurs.... When I bought a car, I immediately took out insurance. this eventually became VKG. I later switched to another insurer. but to get rid of VKG, there are some necessary emails. they can collect money, but keeping their administration turned out to be quite a task. what an amateur....

L	Leif Olsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally USELESS company. I filed a claim. In this claim I put 1 sentence which ended with a "?". This amounts to saying nothing. So 48h later. claim rejected. NOT A SINGLE question asked! AVOID. This company is close to being a scam.

First of all, it took a month for them to make a decision over a leakage claim - so one month of not being able to use the entire bathroom upstairs. More importantly, they refuse to cover the cost of opening and closing the wall to fix the leakage. Normally, such costs are covered under other insurance policies, only the direct fixing fees are not. They base their reasoning on that the leakage hasn't incurred damage yet. But why are the cost of opening the wall not a damage? This is both absurd and stupid, because it would of course discourage people to timely discover and fix the leakage. Beware! Don't conclude your housing insurance with this cheesy company!

Not only do they not give you all the information you need before they rope you into contracts you never even knew you agreed to, they are extremely expensive. Now I'm having to deal with incasso... still waiting for a recording of where I agreed to a 1 year contract at a ludicrous price. My recommendation is to stay far away.
