★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In juni 2020 2 vliegtickets besteld en betaald voor een retourvlucht die nog geen 24 uur van tevoren werd geannuleerd waardoor ik andere/ duurdere tickets heb moeten aankopen.
Na meerdere emails, messenger berichten, toegestuurde documenten nog steeds €0 teruggekregen en inmiddels zijn we een jaar verder, verloopt de communicatie nog steeds beroerd en heb ik geen geduld meer om aardig te blijven
Ordered and paid for 2 airline tickets in June 2020 for a return flight that was canceled less than 24 hours in advance, so I had to buy other / more expensive tickets.
After several emails, messenger messages, sent documents, I still got €0 back and now we are a year further, the communication is still bad and I no longer have the patience to stay nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ticket. I couldn’t use because of Corona. Now, they are asking extra cost for their service!!! Really unprofessional, bad service! Really untrustable company. Never buy from them. Unprofessional communication and chat. Be careful about them!!!!
