★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service na problemen met vloer. Er ontstaan scheurtjes in de vloer en daarbij is de vloer niet goed afgewerkt waardoor er continue vlekken ontstaan. Vanuit het vloerencentrum wordt je niet op de hoogte gehouden met de afwikkeling van de problemen die zij voor jou oplossen. Ronduit schandalig....
Very bad service after floor problems. Cracks occur in the floor and the floor is not properly finished, causing continuous stains. From the flooring center you will not be kept informed of the settlement of the problems they solve for you. Utterly outrageous ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie laminaatvloer van Quickstep gekocht. Na afspraak is de vloer snel en zeer mooi gelegd, er waren nog 5 pakketten laminaat over, die heeft men weer mee terug genomen en in mindering op de rekening gebracht.
Al met al zeer tevreden met de vloer en Vloeren-Centrum Utrecht, fijn geholpen met het uitzoeken van de vloer met bijbehorende plinten, goed gelegde vloer .
Bought nice laminate floor from Quickstep. After appointment, the floor was quickly and beautifully laid, there were still 5 parcels of laminate left, which were taken back and deducted from the bill.
All in all, very satisfied with the floor and Floors-Center Utrecht, nice help with choosing the floor with accompanying skirting boards, well-laid floor.
