★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write a review for my online purchases but here is my true experience and review on Vloerloods product and amazing customer service.
With their wise advise, I purchased Harbour Oak D3570 / Colorado Red for my new house. The quality is super top and we are really loving and satisfied with it (even my friends and I enjoyed installing it honestly). Despite the COVID19 situation, they delivered 3 days earlier than the plan was (that was my urgent request) I appreciated it.
One package was damage and they simply asked me to return it and I will be refunded. I was then looking for a black Plints which they don't have but they managed to make it available for me (how lucky I am) but what surprised me that they sent me an invoice for the Plints with deducting the amount for the returned 2 laminate packages (1 damage and 1 extra unopened).
Now I am waiting for the delivery and I am completely satisfied with their product and customer services.
Price wise, I believe I was lucky to have the laminate on 50% discount offer. However, I am truly happy with I paid.
