★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke toevoeging aan de rand van de Olifantenvallei. Kinderen vinden het natuurlijk fantastisch om het water over te steken. De doodshoofdaapjes kunnen de constructie bovenlangs gebruiken om over te steken.
Nice addition to the edge of the Elephant Valley. Children naturally love crossing the water. The squirrel monkeys can use the construction on top to cross over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vlottenoversteek or Raft River Crossing is part of the Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen. It is a place with a view of the Elephant quarters where you can cross the artifical river by pulling yourself standing on rafts. Amusing thing to do for kids or as I found out, young adults as well. there is also an old Jeep Willys parked in the bush there as a photo opportunity.
