B	Bram Ten Wolde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd een goede ervaring gehad met Vobis/B4P tot dat mijn SSD (Kingston 480GB) van 200 euro er na 10 maanden mee op hield. In de winkel werd bevestigd dat ik 3 jaar garantie had op de Kingston SSD. Voor het opnieuw installeren van Windows en het terug halen van de data moest ik wel betalen. Vervolgens kon ik 110 euro neertellen voor eerder genoemde werkzaamheden en kreeg ik een vervangde SSD van Sandisk twv 200 euro terwijl de laatst genoemde SSD op de site van B4P 148 euro kost. De garantie kostte mij dus 160 euro. Niet echt klantvriendelijk wat mij betreft. Always had a good experience with Vobis / B4P until my SSD (Kingston 480GB) of 200 euros stopped after 10 months. It was confirmed in the store that I had a 3-year warranty on the Kingston SSD. I had to pay for reinstalling Windows and retrieving the data. Then I could pay 110 euros for the aforementioned work and I received a replacement SSD from Sandisk worth 200 euros, while the last-mentioned SSD on the B4P site costs 148 euros. So the warranty cost me 160 euros. Not really customer friendly as far as I am concerned.

Er wordt geen misbruik van je portemonnee gemaakt. Als ze denken dat het met een goedkopere configuratie kan, zullen ze dat beslist adviseren. TOP zaak !!!!!!! The computer shop (at least) in the Northern Netherlands! Pleasant and very skilled staff. Are more than willing to put together a PC for you on request. Your wallet will not be misused. If they think it can be done with a cheaper configuration, they will definitely advise. TOP business !!!!!!!

Ik was al een maand op zoek naar een nieuwe laptop. Bij de bekende winkels kon ik niet overtuigd worden, het waren verkopers die een rijtje specificaties afliepen. Vobis is totaal het tegenovergestelde. Toen ik zei dat ik een laptop voor fotobewerking zocht zei Floris-Jan meteen 'dan zou ik voor een Asus Zenbook gaan want die hebben zeer goed afgestelde schermen.' Het ging niet alleen om de best lijkende specificaties, maar er werd goed meegedacht wat praktisch nodig was. Dit resulteerde in de keuze voor een Laptop met touchscreen. Die werd meteen besteld en zodra hij binnen was werd ik netjes gebeld. Top service, niets dan lof. Ook voor het vervangen van een harde schijf de juiste plek. Snelle service. Experts in their field. Friendly and ready for you. In addition, they are cheaper than the large web shops and better-known chains, in my case. I had been looking for a new laptop for a month. I could not be convinced at the well-known stores, they were sellers who passed a series of specifications. Vobis is quite the opposite. When I said that I was looking for a laptop for photo editing, Floris-Jan immediately said 'I would go for an Asus Zenbook because they have very well-adjusted screens.' It was not just about the best looking specifications, but they thought along what was practically necessary. This resulted in the choice for a laptop with a touchscreen. It was immediately ordered and as soon as it arrived, I received a phone call. Top service, nothing but praise. Also the right place for replacing a hard drive. Quick service.

De prijzen vond ik wel ietwat aan de hoge kant, maar daar krijg je dus uitstekende service voor terug! The service in this store is excellent! The range is large and repairs are carried out quickly. Dus echt een winkel die het verschil maakt door klantvriendelijkheid en service. Very good service. Got some good tips for parts in my new PC. They also neatly put my PC together and neatly concealed the cables in the cabinet. So really a store that makes the difference through customer friendliness and service.
