Tot ergenis van vele wachtenden in rij. Stel 1 iemand aan die slechts vraagt wie een korte boodschap die afhandelt. Kreeg van 1 bediende de indruk dat er meer gezellig werd gekletst dan nuttig werd geïnformeerd Misschien wachten om telefoon gegevens over te zetten. Maar er had makkelijk intussen een andere klant geholpen kunnen worden. Personeel maakt zich in ieder geval niet druk. Begrijp de corana maatregelen. Maar het kan ook anders. Bad. 20 min. Ondanks vele en langdurige storingen (zie nieuwberichten vodafone > Google vodafone storing) geen enkele compensatie of terugbetaling van abonnementsgeld. Reactie vodafone: volgens de algemene voorwaarden krijg je geen abonnementsgeld terug. Pas bij 12 uur of langer storing per dag. Kortom als je nooit overdag kunt bellen en alleen snachts is het volgens vodafone wel voldoende. Er is met Vodafone geen communicatie mogelijk ?. Definitely don't take Vodafone. A	Arjan Kiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het verlengen ging snel en goed. Levering kon wel tot eind week 3 duren. Zagen 4 dagen later online wel de kleur voor mij vrouw op voorraad was. Ik ben daarna naar de winkel geweest voor een oplossing. Die was er door de verlenging op te zeggen en online opnieuw te verlengen. Niet echt klantgericht. Dus de klantenservice gebeld en het voorval voor gelegd deze hebben het opgelost nu bleek ik nog binnen de actie te zitten van Vodafone runners en ook nog extra korting kreeg. Onze telefoons waren een dag later in huis waren we verbaasd van maar wel blij. The renewal went quickly and well. Delivery could take until the end of week 3. Saw online 4 days later that the color was in stock for my wife. I then went to the store for a solution. That was there by canceling the extension and renewing online. Not really customer oriented. So called customer service and presented the incident, they solved it, now it turned out that I was still within the promotion of Vodafone runners and also got an extra discount. Our phones were delivered a day later, we were surprised but happy.
