Maar goed ook in deze mand met prachtige appels zit een mislukte.

 There are employee(s) who could use some instruction (training) with regard to the customer-friendly feeling and problem-solving ability towards the customer. As a Ziggo you don't tell the customer, through whom you finally have a job, that he should "listen"
But there is also a failed one in this basket of beautiful apples.
