★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird sehr nett empfangen und gut aufgeklärt, man wird nicht abgezockt sondern dem Kunden wird geholfen wund er wird perfekt aufgeklärt und man zeigt ihm jede günstige Alternative und nicht nur das teuerste. Der Mitarbeiter nimmt sich Zeit und versucht die perfekte Lösung für die zu finden.
 You are received very nicely and well informed, you are not ripped off but the customer is helped sore he is perfectly informed and you show him every cheap alternative and not just the most expensive. The employee takes his time and tries to find the perfect solution for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fürchterlich dort jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen! Bereits mehrmals angerufen und gewartet bis mir ein Computer sagt ich solle eine Nachricht hinterlassen am nächsten Werktag rufen die an. Für mich wahnsinnig schlechter Service, dafür ist ein Telefon doch da- um jemanden zu beraten?
Terrible to reach someone there by phone! Called several times and waited until a computer told me to leave a message and they would call them the next working day. Insanely bad service for me, isn't that what a phone is for - to advise someone?
