β β β β β De afspraak met Joyce was door haar snelle reacties gemakkelijk op te zetten. Joyce was op tijd en had alle benodigde spullen bij zich. Ze gaf helder en goed advies over de beste plek voor het vogeltje en ging vervolgens meteen aan de slag. Het belangrijkste is natuurlijk het resultaat: het is een prachtig vogeltje geworden!
 The appointment with Joyce was easy to set up because of her quick responses. Joyce was on time and had all the necessary stuff with him. She gave clear and good advice about the best place for the bird and then went straight to work. The most important thing is of course the result: it has become a beautiful birdie!

β β β β β Wat ben ik blij met mijn roodborstje en winterkoninkje!! Heel veel dank, Joyce. Het begon met een mooi verjaardagscadeau (het roodborstje) en eindigde met het prachtige winterkoninkje. Ze zullen gelukkig nog heel lang in onze keuken βshinenβ. Ik raad het iedereen aan om ook een vogeltje aan te schaffen of cadeau te doen.
How happy I am with my robin and wren !! Thank you very much, Joyce. It started with a nice birthday present (the robin) and ended with the beautiful wren. Fortunately, they will "shine" in our kitchen for a long time to come. I recommend that everyone also buy or give a bird as a present.

β β β β β Exact op de afgesproken tijd meldde Joyce zich. Ik was verrast met hoeveel zorg en hoe gedetailleerd zij het gekozen vogeltje op de juiste plek toverde. Omdat we net verhuisd zijn van een groot huis met tuin naar een gelijkvloers appartement ben ik dolblij dat we in ieder geval ' voor altijd' een vogeltje in de woonkamer hebben. Superblij ben ik met mijn koolmeesje. Een aanrader en leuk om iemand cadeau te doen.
Joyce reported exactly at the agreed time. I was surprised with how much care and detail she put the chosen bird in the right place. Because we have just moved from a large house with garden to a ground floor apartment, I am delighted that we have a bird in the living room at least 'forever'. I am very happy with my great tit. Highly recommended and fun to give someone as a gift.

β β β β β Joyce heeft een prachtig roodborstje geschilderd bij ons, eindelijk heb ik ook mijn vogel in huis! Joyce is snel en goed bereikbaar, denkt met je mee en komt helemaal voorbereid met haar spulletjes aan de deur. Het belangrijkste is het resultaat en daar ben ik superblij mee.
Joyce has painted a beautiful robin with us, finally I also have my bird at home! Joyce is quick and easily accessible, thinks along with you and comes fully prepared with her things at the door. The most important thing is the result and I am very happy with that.

β β β β β Een levensecht koolmeesje op de muur, steunend op een stopcontact, legt steeds weer de link naar een dierbare. Mijn mondhoeken gaan omhoog.
Aanstaand weekend is er de vogeltelling van de Vogelbescherming, ik moet echt uitkijken dat ik 'm niet meetel!

β β β β β Dankzij Vogel in huis hebben wij een prachtig subtiel roodborstje op onze muur.
Joyce is een bijzondere en vakkundige kunstenares die zich blijkbaar ongestoord en tegelijk hartelijk en sociaal, in elke omgeving kan focussen op de meest minuscule details en nuances.
En het resultaat mag er dan ook zijn. Wij zijn direct zo gehecht geraakt aan het roodborstje dat verhuizen vanaf nu uiteraard geen optie meer is.
Thanks to Vogel in huis we have a beautiful subtle robin on our wall.
Joyce is a special and skilled artist who, apparently undisturbed and at the same time cordial and social, can focus in every environment on the most miniscule details and nuances.
And the result may be there. We immediately became so attached to the robin that moving is no longer an option from now on.

β β β β β Vogel in Huis kreeg ik voor mijn verjaardag van mijn zus. Joyce vond het prima om mijn vogeltje op het (gedemonteerde) deurtje van mijn postvak te schilderen; had ze een keer wat meer tijd om het te schilderen. Ik begrijp dat mijn Gierzwaluw geboren is op vakantie in Frankrijk... . En hij is heel erg mooi. Elke keer een brede grijns op mijn gezicht als ik mijn trap af loop.

I got Vogel in Huis from my sister for my birthday. Joyce was happy to paint my bird on the (disassembled) door of my mailbox; she once had more time to paint it. I understand that my Swift was born on holiday in France... . And he is very very beautiful. A big grin on my face every time I walk down my stairs.
