Excellent communication. Wonderful trip to Finnish Lapland made in January 2022! Voigt will definitely see us again to book a trip to the North.

Mijn verwachtingen t.a.v. inhoudelijke info lag hoger dan de praktijk. Over de inhoud van excursies was bijvoorbeeld niets bekend, sommige mails zijn niet goed gelezen Very friendly employees who act appropriately and professionally. Work together with good and reliable parties. I think communication could be better. My expectations with regard to substantive information were higher than in practice. For example, nothing was known about the content of excursions, some emails were not read properly

Duidelijke informatie over de inhoud van de reis, goede locatie en hotels worden aangeboden. Als enige tip kan ik meegegeven dat het jammer is dat je het programma/agenda van de safari's/activiteiten pas op locatie krijgt. Het zou fijn vinden om dit op voorhand te krijgen zodat je nog meer kan plannen en uit je vakantie kan halen. If you want to book a holiday to Lapland, Voigt travel is the right place for you. Can anyone recommend this organization! Good contact, booked trip. Clear information about the content of the trip, good location and hotels are offered. The only tip I can give is that it is a pity that you only get the program / agenda of the safaris / activities on location. It would be nice to get this in advance so you can plan even more and get the most out of your vacation.

Drie avonden noorderlicht gezien, waarvan 2 avonden echt heel mooi. Accommodatie sober, maar netjes. Personeel van het restaurant is top, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Eten goed en gezond, maar simpel. Voor ons echter geen probleem. Overnacht in een Finse Log Cabin met privé sauna. Echt een aanrader. Kleinschalig park. What a lovely trip to Kiilopää. We enjoyed. Being able to hear peace, space and silence. Seen the northern lights for three evenings, of which 2 evenings were really beautiful. Accommodation sober, but neat. The restaurant staff is top notch, helpful and friendly. Food good and healthy, but simple. However, no problem for us. Spend the night in a Finnish Log Cabin with private sauna. Really recommended. Small-scale park.
