About Vomar Voordeelmarkt
1. Verwarm de oven voor tot 200°C. Kook de orzo volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking beetgaar.
2. Snijd de courgettes door de helft. Hol de courgettes met een lepel of scherp mes voorzichtig uit. Bewaar het courgettevruchtvlees.
3. Verhit in een koekenpan 1 eetlepel olijfolie. Bak de spekblokjes knapperig uit. Rasp de kaas.
4. Neem de plantaardige spekreepjes van het vuur. Giet de orzo af en laat goed uitlekken. Schep de orzo door het spek. Schep er vervolgens de eidooiers en 25 gram geraspte kaas door. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
5. Rooster de courgettes op de barbecue (met deksel) in ca. 10 minuten. Vul de courgettes met het orzo-mengsel. Bestrooi met de rest van de kaas en zet nog even op de barbecue.
6. Snijd intussen het courgettevruchtvlees klein. Meng de courgette met de rucola, de laatste 3 eetlepels olijfolie en de balsamicoazijn. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
7. Serveer de gevulde courgettes met de rucola-courgettesalade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal type of supermarket on the cheaper end compared with other supermarkets. Store is clean and organized. Products they sell are of good quality.
Not many staff to be seen at any time which can be difficult when you would like to ask something. Many counters in use though at any time of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite small for the amount of stuff and products they have there. Always full aisles of things that doesn't belong in that aisle. The only part of the store that is still bit helpful is the bakery. Other than than..quite full and crowded. Even when there aren't many customers around it still feels crowded and small.
