★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een rouwstuk besteld, face-to-face. Het rouwstuk zelf en de bloemen waren erg mooi. Personeel mag echt een stuk vriendelijker. Ik heb mij erover verbaasd hoe ik hier werd benaderd en behandelt. Ik vind de toon waarop hier tegen klanten wordt gesproken echt onvoorstelbaar. Het is alsof ze niet willen verkopen. De twee sterren staan dus alleen voor het product! De missende sterren staan voor het gemis aan klantvriendelijkheid!
Ordered a funeral arrangement, face-to-face. The funeral arrangement itself and the flowers were very beautiful. Staff could really be a lot friendlier. I was amazed at how I was approached and treated here. I find the tone in which customers are spoken to here really unimaginable. It's like they don't want to sell. The two stars only stand for the product! The missing stars represent the lack of customer-friendliness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De bloemen zijn goed en ze hebben een ruim assortiment. Voor de rest zou ik zeggen...level up qua omgang met klanten. Ik zou niet heel trots op mijn team zijn.
The flowers are good and they have a wide range. For the rest I would say...level up in dealing with customers. I wouldn't be very proud of my team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kocht hier al vaker bloemen en had dit keer een valentijnsboeket besteld dat na 4 dagen al verdord was. Contact opgenomen met Voogsgerd en ze hebben het meer dan goed opgelost met een nieuw boeket!
Aanrader dus!
I've bought flowers here before and this time I ordered a Valentine's bouquet that had already withered after 4 days. Contacted Voogsgerd and they more than sorted it out with a new bouquet!

Online order: seasonal bouquet, 25 euros (excl.), autumn colours. My expectations don't quite match what I see in the photo, but the recipients were happy with it.
