★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen maand een koelkast besteld. Helaas had deze koelkast te veel transportschade opgelopen, waardoor de draairichting van de deur niet omgezet kon worden naar de andere kant. De koelkast is toen weer opgehaald. Het bedrag, inclusief de bezorgkosten, zijn netjes teruggestort.
Ordered a refrigerator last month. Unfortunately, this refrigerator had suffered too much transport damage, so that the door's direction of rotation could not be changed to the other side. The refrigerator was then picked up again. The amount, including the delivery costs, has been neatly refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super geholpen met een nieuwe wasmachine en droger. Op de droger zat een heel klein plekje wat al keurig was bijgewerkt en helemaal niet opvalt. Bij de wasmachine geen plekje te ontdekken. Goede communicatie over de levering en keurig een belletje van tevoren van de bezorger dat hij er iets eerder kon zijn, of dat uitkwam! Keurig geleverd en geïnstalleerd op een manier die je niet veel meer tegenkomt. Binnenkort een koelkast en vaatwasser nodig, ik ga hier als eerste kijken!
Super helped with a new washing machine and dryer. There was a very small spot on the dryer that had already been neatly updated and was not noticeable at all. Not a spot to be found near the washing machine. Good communication about the delivery and a neat call in advance from the delivery person that he could be there a little earlier, or that was convenient! Neatly delivered and installed in a way you don't see much anymore. Need a fridge and dishwasher soon, I'm going to check here first!
