Veel kennis beschikbaar en nemen ruim de tijd voor alles.
Wel een wachttijd, maar dat is helaas bijna normaal.
Very nice and involved guidance.
A lot of knowledge available and we take plenty of time for everything.
There is a waiting time, but unfortunately that is almost normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contact met de coach was op zich prima, maar over het traject (werk-fit) zelf ben ik zelf ontevreden.
Mijn vaste coach werd ziek en daar kon ze niets aan doen, dat snap ik dan wel. Maar daarna kreeg ik een vervangende coach en moest ik mezelf opnieuw voorstellen en mijn verhaal globaal vertellen. Recentelijk aangenomen in de buurt van Haarlem-Amsterdam. Moet ik weer van coach veranderen en opnieuw mijzelf introduceren.
Vaak werd ik ook wijsgemaakt dat ik niet in de positie ben om eisen te stellen terwijl hetzelfde salaris als mijn collega's geen zware eis is.
Ook werden er roddels verspreidt over concurrenten. Dat straalt geen professionaliteit uit.
Contact with the coach was fine in itself, but I am dissatisfied with the trajectory (work-fit) itself.
My regular coach got sick and she couldn't help it, I understand that. But after that I got a replacement coach and I had to re-introduce myself and tell my story globally. Recently hired near Haarlem-Amsterdam. Do I have to change coaches again and re-introduce myself.
I was also often told that I am not in a position to make demands when the same salary as my colleagues is not a heavy demand.
Gossip was also spread about competitors. That doesn't show professionalism.
