Overlast hoort er een beetje bij natuurlijk, maar iets van communicatie zou fatsoenlijk zijn. Nu ook weer: hoe moeilijk is het om de omwonenden ruim op tijd te informeren over het afsluiten van 15 parkeerplekken voor een periode van 4 weken? VORM causes a lot of nuisance in the neighborhood around their project on Breitnerstraat in the center of Rotterdam. Nuisance is part of it, of course, but some communication would be decent. Now again: how difficult is it to inform local residents well in time about the closure of 15 parking spaces for a period of 4 weeks?

Zero contact, chasing everywhere. Preview was mess. When delivered, many points after 2 months have not seen anyone. Funny that they still exist.

Daarbij is de nazorg om te huilen. Klachten worden afgewezen zonder contact met je op te nemen. Als je zelf belt, weigeren ze aan de telefoon te komen. Als je een terugbelverzoek achterlaat: Je raadt het al, je wordt niet teruggebeld. Als je met dit bedrijf in zee wilt gaan: verzamel een leger van professionals om je heen, je gaat het nodig hebben. Diep en diep triest. Unfortunately not a good experience with VORM. The construction was successful, but you hardly get any guidance during construction. You are on your own. In addition, the aftercare is to cry. Complaints will be rejected without contacting you. If you call yourself, they refuse to answer the phone. If you leave a callback request: You guessed it, you will not be called back. If you want to join forces with this company: gather an army of professionals around you, you are going to need it. Deep and deeply sad.
r	r w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als u een huis wilt kopen dat uit de goedkoopste materialien bestaat, dan bent u hier juist. De hele straat heeft kromme voordeuren en tuindeuren. In de winter trekt het alsof men een ondicht hout huisje heeft. Sloten sluiten niet goed. Waterschades worden niet goed verholpen. Badkamer zonder stopcontact opgeleverd. Lichtschakelaars niet logisch geplaatst. Ik kan nog verder, maar de conclusie blijft dezelfde. If you want to buy a house that consists of the cheapest materials, then you are right here. The entire street has curved front doors and patio doors. In winter it draws as if one has an empty wood house. Locks do not close properly. Water damage is not properly remedied. Bathroom delivered without a socket. Light switches not placed logically. I can go further, but the conclusion remains the same.
w	wil rei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleiding, oplichters en technische ondeugdelijke uitvoering Vanwege de aankoop van onze nieuwbouwwoning kwamen wij met VORM in aanraking. Helaas bleek VORM enkel een financieel gewin te hebben. Door het verstrekken van onjuiste informatie, prijsstellingen, geen gehoor te geven aan vragen, proberen ze dat de kopers van opties afzien en enkel de standaard woning afnemen. Tijdens de bouw blijkt naderhand dat hierin tussen kopers onderscheid is gemaakt (sommige wilden al een juridisch traject gaan starten) en bewoners zelfs keuzes hebben gemaakt buiten de standaard opties. Tijdens de bouw blijken er extreem veel fouten te worden gemaakt. Bij het aangeven van deze fouten, gaan ze hier zelfs aan voorbij. Hun doel is enkel het gebouw afkrijgen, opleveren en centen vangen. Kritiek wordt niet gehonoreerd en zelfs met chantage en intimidatie beantwoord door middel van extra overeenkomsten, valse facturen, je niet informeren wanneer een woning gereed is, verplichten af te zien van 5% regeling. Bij de oplevering gaat het verder dat ze enkel de door hun geconstateerde gebreken willen noteren op het proces verbaal (tip: maak geluidsopnames!). Vervolgens worden zelfs de door hun genoteerde gebreken niet direct opgelost en zul je maanden moeten wachten op herstel en we wachten nog steeds. VORM is een firma die geen enkel middel schuwt in hun weg naar winstmaximalisatie! Deception, crooks and technical flawed execution We came into contact with VORM because of the purchase of our new-build home. Unfortunately, VORM turned out to have only a financial gain. By providing incorrect information, pricing, not responding to questions, they try to get buyers to forgo options and only purchase the standard home. During construction, it appears afterwards that a distinction was made between buyers (some already wanted to start a legal process) and residents even made choices outside the standard options. Extremely many mistakes appear to be made during construction. They even ignore this when reporting these errors. Their goal is only to finish the building, deliver it and collect money. Criticism is not honored and even met with blackmail and intimidation by means of extra agreements, false invoices, not informing you when a house is ready, obliging you to waive the 5% rule. Upon delivery, it goes further that they only want to note the defects they have found on the official report (tip: make sound recordings!). Then even the flaws noted by them are not immediately resolved and you will have to wait months for recovery and we are still waiting. VORM is a company that does not shy away from any means in their path to profit maximization!

Zodra je hen een factuur stuurt, wijzen ze deze binnen 15 minuten van de hand. Onbetrouwbare firma, geen zaken mee doen! If you contact van der Vorm for serious leakage to the home, they will not take any action for weeks. Once you send them an invoice, they will reject it within 15 minutes. Unreliable company, don't do business with it!
