β β β β β Low transparency for the employees. Usually management makes decision about you and you are the last to find out. The old boys network thing is really strong there, everybody is related or friends since high school, and there's no way to fit in unless you are willing to kiss their a**es.

β β β β β Yes. They really load or unload a truck very fast, but absolutely not in safe. They pushed my truck 10 cm away from the dock until they load with high speed with forklift or somewhat. I just hear the big bumps from my trailer. (I stand outside)When they realized, that the truck is away 10 cm, they shouted (!!!) to Me that I am an idiot to not use the hand brakes. (Both two handbrakes was used. On the tractor and on the trailer too!!!) I think this is not a good idea from this company to hire this 18-20 years old kids from eastern Europe for this work. They will do big damage or injury with this no safety rules and I know everything better habit. Parking and waiting for loading on the site is a joke. Absolutely chaos. I could imagine this site somewhere in southeast Asia but not in The Netherlands! And yes, the coffee is free!
