β β β β β I signed up with my wife for a bicycle trip in the Netherlands through an Austrian company that used Vos travel services to rent bikes and make transfers. The service I got from them was the worst I could imagine. The bike needed adjustments, my wife's chair did not suit her, the bike bags were bent and hard to use. We turned to Druiz, the company representative, who promised to do something every time, and in fact did nothing. He promised to send the addresses of bicycle shops that would repair the bicycle, and not send. He promised to change a chair and did nothing. Promised multitool so I could fix myself and not send anything. When I called again he replied that he might send it by mail. A really absurd answer. In the end, we completed the trip with an uncooperative bike and an unsuitable chair, which caused my wife to suffer from various wounds and pains, and severely damaged the experience of the trip. no service. There is only a phone call from a person who does not solve any problems that arise. It is highly recommended not to use them for organizing trips or for any other kind of service.
