★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen aanrader. Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk is zijn er te veel problemen met het product. Bij thuiswerken bleek dat de app nagenoeg niet te gebruiken is voor dagelijks gebruik, hier geven ze ook geen ondersteuning op. Eigen is het enige alternatief de webphone, die nog in beta is. Er is bijna geen storing die wij niet hebben meegemaakt. Jammer.
 Not recommended. Although the staff are friendly, there are too many problems with the product. When working from home, it turned out that the app can hardly be used for daily use, they do not provide any support here. The only alternative is the webphone, which is still in beta. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ probeer echt al 2 dagen op rij met VOYS te bellen om mijn diensten uit te breiden, wordt gisteren na diverse pogingen gewoon niet terug gebeld, ongelofelijk maar waar...daarwaar ik eerst super snel geholpen werd, lijkt het erop dat ze genoeg verdienen en niet meer servicegericht zijn...belde zojuist voor de 5e keer, ook nu kreeg ik geen helpende hand en ook nu zou ik weer terug gebeld worden ...de vraag is wanneer?...iemand een suggestie hoe ik in contact kan komen?.....kan ik misschien zelf ergens bestellen 9 extra nummer, voicemail instellen, of ben ik afhankelijk totdat iemand me ooit terug belt?
really try to call VOYS for 2 days in a row to expand my services, yesterday after several attempts just not called back, unbelievable but true ... where I was helped super quickly at first, it seems that they earn enough and no longer service minded ... just called for the 5th time, even now I didn't get a helping hand and again I would be called back again ... the question is when? ... someone suggest how I can get in touch ? ..... maybe I can order an extra 9 number somewhere, set up voicemail, or am I dependent until someone ever calls me back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons bedrijf is al 10 jaar (!) klant bij deze firma. Nu blijkt dat wij al die jaren veel te veel betalen voor allerlei ongebruikte functies. De klantenservice toont bij navraag geen enkele coulance. Zielig
Our company has been a customer of this company for 10 years (!) It now appears that all these years we have been paying far too much for all kinds of unused functions. Customer service shows no leniency when inquiring. pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb de hele coronawinter in Bonaire thuisgewerkt, NL (werk) mobiel doorgeschakeld naar Voys en via de app op de IPhone kon ik bellen en gebeld worden.
Prima ondersteuning bij het instelle en dat alles voor nog geen 3 tientjes per maand. Nooit een VM bericht gemist want dat kwam op de mail. Bedankt Voys!!
Tip:elke dag even t weer checken in NL, anders val je door de mand......
I worked from home during the entire corona winter in Bonaire, switched NL (work) mobile to Voys and I could make and receive calls via the app on the iPhone.
Excellent support with the setting and all for less than 3 bucks per month. Never missed a VM message because it came on the mail. Thanks Voys !!
Tip: check in NL every day, otherwise you will fall through the basket ......
