Weten niet wanneer onderhoud via VVE moet of dat het voor de huurders is. Dit is al 4 jaar zo en er is geen enkele verbetering. Ze beloven dat het naar een aanmelding gast maar dat gebeurd niet. En toegeven dat ze het niet weten en fouten maken is er niet bij. This company is completely unaware of which homes they manage and they constantly turn to the wrong companies when repairs have to be done. Not knowing when maintenance has to be done via VVE or whether it is for the tenants. This has been the case for 4 years and there is no improvement at all. They promise it to sign up guest but it doesn't happen. And admitting that they don't know and make mistakes is not one of them.
