β β β β β Er zijn lange wachttijden voor een huurwoning. Je hebt verschillende appartementen vwb de ruimte. Met een urgentie verklaring van een arts krijg je wel voorrang. Ter reede is normaliter wel veel te doen. Zoals activiteiten en optredens. Ook diverse winkeltjes, kapper, pedicure en een restaurant aanwezig. Dus je hoeft je daar nooit te vervelen. Ook wel de grootste speeltuin voor ouderen genoemd!
