Ho acquistato un camion da loro, da contratto mi hanno garantito i pneumatici al 40% per circolare (anteriori e posteriori) Ma non è stato così !!! Sull'asse anteriore è vero: sono al 40% forse anche più però a destra hanno montato Michelin e a sinistra Dunlop quindi capire bene che i pneumatici non posso utilizzarli in quanto sono 2 Marche differenti Mentre dietro non solo montate al contrario del senso di marcia ma neanche al 10%di battistrada. È vero che il mio autista non ha controllato si è fidato ma è pur vero che se si tratta con gente affidabile queste cose non dovrebbero succedere. Al rientro in sede ho riscontrato il problema ed ho chiesto chiarimenti, in un primo momento non ho avuto riscontro ma insistendo un po mi hanno risposto che il mio autista si è venduto le gomme per strada..che non è affatto così perché su un video del mezzo ricevuto da loro prima del ritiro si vede proprio la freccia di rotazione del pneumatico al contrario. Non sono tanto arrabbiato per l'errore che hanno fatto bensì per l'insistenza è l'accusa sul mio autista...che ne sono certo non è proprio cosi!!! Quindi state molto ATTENTI!!! Be careful when you collect the vehicle (check it well). I bought a truck from them, by contract they guaranteed me 40% tires to drive (front and rear) But it wasn't like that !!! On the front axle it is true: they are at 40% perhaps even more but on the right they have mounted Michelin and on the left Dunlop so understand well that I cannot use the tires as they are 2 different brands While the rear is not only mounted in the opposite direction of travel but not even at 10% of tread. It is true that my driver did not check and trusted but it is also true that if you are dealing with reliable people these things should not happen. Upon returning to the office I encountered the problem and asked for clarification, at first I did not receive feedback but insisting a little they replied that my driver sold his tires on the street .. which is not the case at all because on a video of the vehicle received by them before withdrawal you can see the rotation arrow of the tire in reverse. I am not so angry for the mistake they made but for the insistence and the accusation on my driver ... which I am sure is not really so !!! So be very CAREFUL !!!
