★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up in the neighborhood! So I will be biased. But great place for a stroll! It was the best to have this "forest" in my old days! Definitely worth a visit when in the neighborhood. Fair enough... Do not drive hours to visit it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area is one of my most FAVORITE place to bike through. More so with the children in tow. During the summer, when everything is still green. You can smell that lovely fresh earth smell. There are other pockets of green forest in Almere of this size, but somehow, this one just takes the gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome place to walk and relax your mind. It has become a habit to walk here at every lunch break. You can literally smell the fragrance of the Trees and also the moisture of grass. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best parks in almere. They have two wonderfull grazing areas for sheep, only one at the time is open for public while the other one is used by the sheep. When it is open to the public this area is a great big dog park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for an outdoor walk. Do not leave the trail as we got tick bites in the grass.
Also check out the lake. People were making good use of the sun there, bathing and playing in the sun.
