★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a private lesson in Parkour. It was a highlight of the year for me! The instructor was extremely inspiring and managed in roughly 2 hours to teach me the fundamentals of parkour. I left with deep conviction to continue learning parkour! I put quite a lot of research into a good place to start learning and can confidently say VROG is the way to go in Europe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've visited Vrog several times and always have a lot of fun. You can watch the kids jump but there is also a cafe/sitting area where parents can relax or work while the kids jump. We've also thrown two birthday parties here and they were the most seamless, stress-free parties we've ever had. They make everything really easy, you get your own private party room and of course the kids always have a blast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was so much fun. We only did trampolines not the free running. We had an hour of run jumping on trampolines and into air bags. They also offer courses which should be pretty good given what I saw from the instructors.
