Alleen jammer dat de madepolder verkleint. Dacht dat ze vroeger een andere bestemming voor dat gebied hadden. Vol natuur voor de bewoners rondom om de madepolder maar een ding een hele mooie woonwijk
In itself a very nice residential area
Just a pity that the madepolder shrinks. Thought they used to have a different destination for that area. Full of nature for the residents around the Madepolder but one thing a very nice residential area

Failed neighborhood. We were first residents. Fled after 8 years. What a miss. Waited six years for the street and lighting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad and negative experience with Vroondaal team. They are NOT applying rules at same level for everyone. The items which are permitted for others, were not possible for me. They commented on item which has been already approved by themselves and permitted by municipality after completion of the construction and asked me to deconstruct the item. Their approach is NOT technical/professional. No one is responsible for what they are doing. Be careful and hire architects who knows how it works. My advice is to finalize the design with all the details then ask for approval. They make big problem for minor changes if they do not like you. For my case, they tried to consider mostly interests of my neighbors rather than my rights.
