Daar moest ik al lang op wachten want schijnbaar neemt dit bedrijf zelf geen verantwoordelijkheid. Helaas ontvang ik nog steeds aanmaningen voor het openstaande bedrag van deze jurk. Na een aantal telefoontjes met de geruststelling dat alles was geregeld, spande vandaag de kroon: een heus incassobureau is ingeschakeld! Het is een lijdensweg om dit goed afgehandeld te krijgen. Klantenservice is in ieder geval zeer slecht! After reading good reviews about this webshop, I ordered two dresses a while ago. One dress was so badly finished that the hem had let go from top to bottom. The complaint has been acknowledged by the manufacturer. I had to wait a long time for this because apparently this company does not take any responsibility itself. Unfortunately I still receive reminders for the outstanding amount of this dress. After a number of phone calls with reassurance that everything had been arranged, the crown rose today: a real collection agency has been called in! It is an agony to get this handled properly. Customer service is very bad in any case!
