Heel tevreden met zowel de heftruck als de manier van werken. Tot zover de eerste weken ... Ondertussen moet ik mijn post herzien. Het ene na het andere probleem blijft opduiken. Stuurinrichting spookt. Hoofdrelais bleek verwijderd waardoor het systeem constant onder spanning staat en onlangs ging de Heftruck niet meer voor of achtuit. Economisch niet meer aanvaardbaar om te herstellen volgens de locale technieker. Vervelend volgens vsheftrucks Correct company where there is smooth and open communication. My forklift was delivered properly according to the agreements. Very satisfied with both the forklift and the way of working. So much for the first weeks... In the meantime, I have to revise my post. One problem after another keeps cropping up. Steering gear haunted. De communicatie was uitstekend en het was ook geen probleem om de machine nog in de avond te komen bekijken. Helaas bleek de reachtruck die ik had gekocht te zwaar voor de vloer van mijn nieuwe werkplaats (dat was mijn eigen fout). Ze hebben me vervolgens ook goed geholpen bij het zoeken naar een alternatief. Topbedrijf! We have helped Paul and Natasja very kindly and well. Communication was excellent and it was no problem to come and view the machine in the evening. Unfortunately, the reach truck I bought turned out to be too heavy for the floor of my new workshop (that was my own fault). They also helped me a lot in looking for an alternative. Top company!
