Alles is bij hen mogelijk voordat de koop is gesloten. Doorslaggevend om voor VTN te kiezen was voor ons de leverdatum. Ze hebben de levertijd meerdere malen schriftelijk gegarandeerd. De compressor is daarna echter 6 weken te laat geleverd. Ook verliep de communicatie rond de uiteindelijke levering heel erg stroef. VTN is nooit met een redelijke vergoeding gekomen voor de geleden schade. Al met al betaal je meer dan bij andere leveranciers. VTN belooft veel maar maakt weinig waar. VTN promises a lot but doesn't make it! Do this year after an extensive search to VTN bought a compressor. Everything is possible with them before the sale is concluded. was decisive to choose VTN our delivery date. They have guaranteed the delivery time several times in writing. However, the compressor was then delivered 6 weeks late. Also went communications around final delivery very stiff. VTN has never come up with a reasonable compensation for the damage suffered. All in all, you pay more than at other suppliers. VTN promises a lot but does not deliver.
