Ik was al bekend met verbonden ademhaling, maar het fijne tijdens deze sessie was dat er meerdere ademtechnieken werden gebruikt die elkaar goed opvolgde. De rustige stem van Daan was prettig om naar te luisteren, als ook de fijne achtergrond muziek. Ik ga dus vaker meedoen! Participated in an online breathing session for the first time and this one is definitely worth repeating. I was already familiar with connected breathing, but the nice thing about this session was that several breathing techniques were used that followed each other well. Daan's calm voice was pleasant to listen to, as was the nice background music. So I will be participating more often!

The 1 day retreat in Zwolle was really cool. Daan and Luc ensure that you quickly feel safe and at ease. Highly recommended!

Er was aandacht voor het zetten van een intentie en hoewel je de ademsessie alleen deed voelde ik een verbondenheid met de andere deelnemers. Zeker een aanrader! Last weekend I participated for the first time in an online breathing session of Vuur & Ijs. I liked the way the session was delivered. There was attention to setting an intention and although you did the breathing session alone, I felt a connection with the other participants. Highly recommended!

Fire and ice day in Amsterdam - nice outdoor location and perfect guidance by just seeing what is not needed at the moment. Flow is created without strict control. He's a great space holder and has a really nice energy around him that makes people open up en relax. I was a bit anxious about that, since my group was a corporate team.
