Zo staat er onder ander op de site dat je binnen 1 minuut reactie zou krijgen als je telefonisch contact zou willen. Maar elke keer als ik hun bel wordt ik aan de wacht gezet en wordt er zelf op een gegeven moment opgehangen omdat er niemand beschikbaar is! Nul sterren waard, maar dat kan je helaas niet geven. Ik ga me zo snel mogelijk als klant hier uitschrijven Very bad service. Promise things they don't keep! En dat is niet alles die turkse man van die amsterdamse kliniek heeft die man van de verzekering dubbel betaald. Zo ga voor al NIET in zee met hun nep onafhankelijkheid adviseur 50% 50% afdragen my footh. Ga naar de civiele rechter. Blijf voor al weg van dit zooitje. The VVAA does not recognize liability and there have been 2 victims in the same clinic for cases. And that's not all that Turkish man from that Amsterdam clinic paid the insurance man double. For example, DO NOT go into business with their fake independence advisor 50% 50% remittance my footh. Go to the civil court. Stay away from this mess for now.

Ik heb precies 60 minuten in de wacht gehangen, toen heb ik het opgegeven. Erg slecht, dat in deze drukke periode (waarin je je verzekering aan moet passen), geen personeel beschikbaar is, om de telefoontjes af te handelen. Een uur lang hetzelfde deuntje.. Dan geprobeerd te chatten, met een computer, die de vraag natuurlijk niet kon begrijpen. Al met al een zeer slechte service Tried to contact the VVAA by phone on December 20, with a question about insurance. I was on hold for exactly 60 minutes, then I gave up.
