Anno 2018 is het een bedrijfsverzamelgebouw met onder andere een vestiging van een makelaarskantoor. Naast de villa staat een fraai gedecoreerd mededelingenbord dat in 2015 door leden van de Historische Vereniging van Loppersum is gerestaureerd.
 This property was designed by the Frisian architect Oeds de Leeuw Wieland and was built in 1890 as a notary's residence. In 2018 it is a multi-company building with, among other things, a branch office for a real estate agency. Next to the villa is a beautifully decorated notice board that was restored in 2015 by members of the Historical Association of Loppersum.
