U kunt het park en arboretum tijdens de openingstijden van Landgoedwinkel aan de Dinkel bezoeken. In de landgoedwinkel koopt u tevens de toegangsmuntjes. De landgoedwinkel ligt tegenover restaurant de Watermolen. Telefoonnummer landgoedwinkel: 06-34672559.
Het park is alleen geopend voor wandelaars en is rolstoel/scootmobiel toegankelijk, honden toegestaan mits aangelijnd. Fotoreportages in het park dienen van tevoren bij de beheerder te worden aangemeld, hier zijn kosten aan verbonden.
