Super leuk, de gids wist heel veel feitjes en kon vrijwel op alle vragen antwoord geven. The VVV provides city walks. The history of Wijk bij Duurstede is discussed. Super fun, the guide knew a lot of facts and was able to answer almost all questions.

Ideaal informatiepunt voor een fietstocht langs de dijken en via de vele veerponten. Ook het Kromme Rijn-pad is een aanrader; mooie dagwandeling van Wijk naar Utrecht of andersom. Regelmatig worden er stadswandelingen georganiseerd door het Middeleeuwse centrum, ook in het donker. Beautiful, centrally located starting point for a discovery tour through the beautiful surroundings of Wijk bij Duurstede. Run in part by volunteers. Ideal information point for a bike ride along the dikes and via the many ferries. The Kromme Rijn path is also recommended; nice day walk from Wijk to Utrecht or vice versa. City walks are regularly organized through the medieval center, even in the dark.
