★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inschrijving kan alleen via een persoonlijk op te halen en persoonlijk in te leveren formulier. De gedachte hierachter is dat "de controle gehouden wordt", ondanks dat er geen controle wordt uitgevoerd bij het ophalen van het formulier. Een knap staaltje cirkeldenken dat vooral de klant nodeloos tijd kost.
Registration is only possible via a personally collected and personally submitted form. The idea behind this is that "the check is being held", despite the fact that no check is made when the form is retrieved. A fine example of circle thinking that it costs the customer unnecessary time.

As there is no written confirmation of these appointments given (in 2019?!), they can easily blame the patient, and then it is impossible to replace it within a week.
