★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit gaat over Kersten BV & Zonen (beide onder de 10 jaar). De heer Kersten zou bij ons twee toiletten en een badkamer vervangen. Bij het offerte gesprek gaf hij aan ruim 20 man in dienst te hebben. De eerste dag kwam de heer Kersten met een aantal buitenlandse collega's. Dit bleken zzp'ers te zijn. Het werk wat het 'Team Kersten' heeft geleverd is ronduit slecht. Kort samengevat. Een stuk moeten zagen uit het badmeubel omdat de leidingen anders niet paste. Kitwerk hebben we opnieuw moeten laten doen i.v.m. een lekkage. Stroom kon hij niet op de juiste manier aansluiten. Toiletten te hoog, niet volgens afspraak. Overal wordt extra geld voor gerekend. Na een email met klachten is de heer Kersten met de Noorderzon vertrokken, er is geen contact meer met hem te krijgen. Alstublieft mensen, vergeet deze beunhaas!
 This is about Kersten BV & Zonen (both under 10 years old). Mr. Kersten would replace two toilets and a bathroom with us. During the quotation interview, he indicated that he employed more than 20 people. The first day, Mr. Kersten came with a number of foreign colleagues. These turned out to be self-employed. The work that the 'Team Kersten' has done is downright bad. In brief. Have to cut a piece from the bathroom furniture because the pipes would not fit otherwise. We had to have Kitwerk re-do i.v.m. a leak. He could not connect power properly. Toilets too high, not according to agreement. Extra money is charged for everything. After an email with complaints, Mr. Kersten left with the Noorderzon, there is no more contact with him. Please people, forget this both!
