In de avond laten ze je dik 25 minuten in de regen staan, met geen enkele mogelijkheid kun je naar binnen, dit komt met volle regelmaat voor.
Ook is de balie vaak onbemand.
Als er een griep virus heerst kom je daar pas achter als je binnen bent, of op de afdeling.(slecht)
Dit behoren ze kenbaar te maken voor dat je naar binnen gaat, wel zo veilig.
Dit kunnen ze vermelden en aanplakken op de voordeur.
Veel mensen kunnen onnodig ziek worden hierdoor.
Waar ik achter ben gekomen is dat het verzorgend personeel in de avond uren niet altijd de telefoon op zak hebben om een deur te openen, dit door het personeel zelf vernomen, helaas is dit niet goed te noemen.
Ik hoop dat deze punten verbeterd worden.
