M	Marc Lybaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad in vakantiehuis de Waddenlodge. We hadden het zo naar onze zin dat we zo terug zouden willen, en we hebben dan ook reeds geboekt voor juni !!!! Texel had ons hart al gestolen, maar een verblijf in de Waddenlodge maakt je vakantie NOG meer af. Na elke uitstap kijk je ernaar uit om naar deze bijzondere vakantiewoning terug te keren. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wat mij vooral opviel bij aankomst is dat we geen huisregeltjes vonden. We appreciëren dit en hopen dat de eigenaar dit door toedoen van de gasten zo kan houden. De communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt vlotjes, als ook met de beheerder. We maakten ook gretig gebruik van de elektrische fietsen die ter beschikking staan van de gasten. Ik kan dit vakantiehuis alleen maar aanbevelen, wij hebben er genoten en willen graag terug, liever vandaag dan morgen!!! Gereisd in sep, 2017 We had a very pleasant stay in the Waddenlodge holiday home. We had such a good time that we would like to return soon, and we have already booked for June !!!! Texel had already stolen our hearts, but a stay in the Wadden Lodge will make your holiday even more complete. After every trip you look forward to returning to this special holiday home. Everything is there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. What struck me especially upon arrival is that we found no house rules. We appreciate this and hope that the owner can keep it that way through the actions of the guests. Communication with the owner runs smoothly, as well as with the manager. We also took full advantage of the electric bicycles available to guests. I can only recommend this holiday home, we enjoyed it and would like to return, rather today than tomorrow !!! Dicht bij de veerboot, dus in die zin snel thuis, maar met als nadeel dat het verkeer dat de boot elk (half) uur verlaat de rust verstoort qua geluid en licht. De slaapvertrekken en badkamer zijn op de beneden verdieping, te bereiken met een trap vanuit de woonkamer. Omdat wij met ons 1 jarige zoontje hier waren vergde dit wel enige creatieve barricadering. Nice house with great views and beautiful design furnishings. Close to the ferry, so in that sense quickly home, but with the disadvantage that the traffic that leaves the boat every (half) hour disturbs the peace in terms of noise and light. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, accessible by stairs from the living room. Because we were here with our 1 year old son, this required some creative barricades.

Texel is uniek vanwege zijn eilandpositie en de ruimtelijke kernwaarden zoals rust, ruimte, natuur en landschap. De accommodatie speelt goed in op deze krachten en biedt de mogelijkheid om deze te beleven. Vertrek van het stedelijke en ervaar een gevoel van sereniteit, een ideaal verblijf voor een lang weekend weg. Extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful location. Wake up in the morning with a view of low-hanging dew until the meadows touch the dikes. Texel is unique because of its island position and the core spatial values such as tranquility, space, nature and landscape. The accommodation responds well to these forces and offers the opportunity to experience them. Depart from the urban and experience a sense of serenity, an ideal stay for a long weekend away.
W	Wim de Graaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis! Door de bouw, ligging en inrichting voel je je gelijk thuis en welkom. Er zijn goede keuzes gemaakt om heel plezierig te kunnen verblijven: een mooie keuken die gelijk gebruikt kan worden ( handig als zaken als olie, P&Z, kruiden, koffie en thee al aanwezig zijn!), fijne slaapkamers en een moderne badkamer. En wat een uitzicht. Hier kom je zelfs in 1 weekeinde al helemaal tot rust. Wij hebben de electrische fietsen gebruikt (er staan ook 'gewone' fietsen). Wel heel gemakkelijk dat je niet eerst naar het dorp hoeft om fietsen te huren. Kortom: dit huis is een echte aanrader! What a wonderful holiday! The construction, location and furnishings make you feel right at home and welcome. Good choices have been made to make a pleasant stay: a beautiful kitchen that can be used immediately (handy if things like oil, P&Z, herbs, coffee and tea are already present!), Nice bedrooms and a modern bathroom. And what a view. Here you can even completely relax in 1 weekend. We have used the electric bicycles (there are also 'normal' bicycles). Very easy that you do not have to go to the village to rent bicycles. In short: this house is highly recommended!
M	Max Kramers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een prachtig mooi huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Dat is wat ik dacht toen ik aankwam op deze plek. De duinen om het huisje en het mooie uitzicht laten je echt even tot rust komen. De faciliteiten zijn perfect geregeld. keuken zit alles op en aan, de bedden zijn beter dan thuis en er zijn (elektrische) fietsen om het eiland te verkennen. Ik zou dit ieder ander aanraden die een heerlijk weekend Texel wilt! What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. That's what I thought when I arrived at this place. The dunes around the house and the beautiful view really let you relax. The facilities are perfectly arranged. kitchen is all on and on, the beds are better than at home and there are (electric) bicycles to explore the island. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a wonderful weekend on Texel!

Ik zelf hou meer van een wat drukkere omgeving zoals een stad en comfort is voor mij belangrijker dan design. maar zodra je binnen loopt begrijp je precies waarom dit zo'n geliefd plekje voor velen is. Je bent niemand tot last en kunt genieten van de heerlijke rust die Texel te bieden heeft. Het huis zelf en de inrichting ervan zijn werkelijk subliem op elkaar afgestemd en heeft mij veel inspiratie mee gegeven om mijn eigen nieuwe huisje verder in te richten. Comfort en design gaan in de Waddenlodge hand in hand samen, tezamen met het prachtige uitzicht is dit een ideale plek om even helemaal op te laden in ons eigen land. Echt super! To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect. A house on Texel with design furniture. I myself prefer a busier environment such as a city and comfort is more important to me than design. but as soon as you walk in you understand exactly why this is such a popular place for many. You are not a burden to anyone and can enjoy the wonderful tranquility that Texel has to offer. The house itself and its furnishings are truly sublime and have given me a lot of inspiration to further furnish my own new house. Comfort and design go hand in hand in the Waddenlodge, together with the beautiful view, this is an ideal place to fully recharge in our own country. Really great!

Auf der Terrasse lässt sich prima den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Wir haben mit dieser Ferienwohnung Texel lieben gelernt und kommen immer wieder hierher zurück! We have vacationed here several times as a couple. It was perfect all round! Very well-kept apartment that is equipped with everything your heart desires. You can enjoy the sunset on the terrace! We learned to love Texel with this holiday apartment and keep coming back here!
