After more than 10 calls, several emails and 2 months, when my SUP paddle actually broke down, desperate, I wrote a 1 star review here. Frank, the owner, called me back within 2 hours. He basically sent me a new paddle for free. At the end of the call he specifically asked me to remove the review. I do not agree with this approach and therefore update my review to a 3 star only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices and good customer service (if you go to their store) as a small operation they seem to be slower with replying by phone and email.
bought two SUPs from them a year apart. Great price, and any issues just pop along to the store to get it sorted. As the SUP market matures any problem brands offering a substandard products will be found out and I would trust Wakestore offer good products in the future.
